I started my blog in 2023
I picked the name as not all travel is a bed of roses
On my blog I have:

Reviews of my travels
Travel Tips & Quirks
My unedited photos
Thanks to all visitors and I hope for more in 2024 💚
I am in Iceland
The Northern Lights seemed to have dimmed, the Whales are asleep and a pending volcanic eruption has closed lots of places
But this is nature, I am having a great time and really enjoying myself
Blogs to follow 🇮🇸

Brilliant interview as always by
@DavidGillick
Watching it live I really thought it was won on legs 2 and 4 but all credit to Barr for his split
Was watching on Italian TV - bellissima Irlanda ☘️🇮🇪
@leinsterrugby
How lucky are we in Ireland to have a provincial semifinal of that calibre and another team on the other semi ?
Am so disappointed that Leinster lost but well done to Munster - go beat the Stormers now !

Japan is a very unique country to visit
I spent 6 weeks traveling around it and have prepared my Travel Tips and Quirks to assist you when visiting this amazing country
@InnovationMatt
God you work really hard, do they not give you time off to spend with your family ?
Would you like a cup of tea ?
What do you do work at again ?
I have been lucky enough to visit some amazing sites when traveling, but the ice caves at Katla near Vik, certainly are spectacular
Unfortunately, the ice is melting at an alarming rate so won’t look like this for much longer

I am very happy here in Italy
This is my view from my balcony
It’s also easy to travel from here, either by train or on short flights, to other European countries
Zurich is a great city to visit 🇨🇭
From clock, art, chocolate and soccer museums. There is something for everyone to enjoy.
It’s a wonderful city to visit at any time of the year

One of the busiest intersections in the World
Shibuya crossing, Tokyo
Need to be ‘dynamic’ to get across ! 3k people cross at every green light during busiest times
This was a tricky theme today ❤️

Milan is the nearest large Italian city to where I live
It has a great mixture of history, art, fashion and of course food
I recently spent a day in Milan and documented my ideal day in this beautiful city ⤵️
Prague has been on my list for yrs
I left with mixed emotions. It’s beautiful, with lots to learn & do. I was turned away from restaurants who didn’t want to seat 1 & the cities tourist pass isn’t widely accepted
But it’s worth a 2nd & 3rd visit💚
@philipnolan1
This is a great episode. Am really rooting for Judith after she said ‘I never owed anything before’
What a bargain for €42k but wonder how much beaucracy they had to deal with as the building is considered a protected structure ….

I loved yours and this is mine, taken at Aiguille du Midi, in the French Alps
It’s the gate that the climbers take, what do you think of it ?
Any constructive feedback appreciated as I enjoy photography but have a lot to learn
Are you considering relocating to another country ?
I have moved a few times and have learnt a lot along the way. I am sharing some things to consider which I hope will help you 💚
