My first-ever law review article is forthcoming in the BYU Law Review ( @BYULRev )! Will post to SSRN a bit down the line, but the abstract is here and the paper essentially uncovers/ties together a line of Bill of Rights cases in which SCOTUS has applied a nondelegation principle.

One of my big projects was the launching of an online supplement—JLPP: Per Curiam. This new platform allowed us to get timely scholarship out quickly + helped generate extra buzz around the journal. We also had fun on Twitter—e.g., @HarvardJLPP ’s chess game with @Vermeullarmine .

I enjoyed this write-up from @CrosbyBaseball , who kindly cited my recent SI piece about Grayson McCall’s draft stock. If McCall is staying in school for 2023 and posts big numbers at a Power 5 school, he could end up a first-round NFL Draft pick in 2024.
