Just walked in to CosMc’s This is the third or 4th location in the US (Watauga TX) Incredible amount of traffic, primarily drive thru but they have walk in kiosks inside. The menu looked interesting, I just got an ice cream cone because I’m not a fan of crazy drinks.

One of my pet peeves is when broker's don't disclose price on a property that has no reason to have it hidden. If you want to track leads just make them enter their info to download the OM, but don't make me read the whole OM just for it to tell me to contact you for pricing.
