@KimJonesICONS I am a 6'4" man and a recreational swimmer. I blow past others while working out due to those facts, but my biggest advantage is in my broad shoulders. Massive benefit when shifting the burden and range of motion to pecs and lats (away from delts) in the front part of your stroke
