#NFFC 's situation as a whole can be summed up by the fact they are relying on Gaetan Bong, a player who was told he could leave in the summer, to play at left-back. Not to be unkind, but his performance so far today is a reflection of why he was told he could leave.

DONE DEAL: Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Richie Laryea, the Canadian international full-back. The 27-year-old has signed a deal until the summer of 2025. Laryea becomes the third signing of the summer, following striker Keinan Davis and defender Steve Cook.
