I was called a DEI recruit to my face. (Not at Harvard; I would leave immediately) At NIH. My 2nd week in my postdoc. By another postdoc who TECHNICALLY, while not racially diverse, characterized as “DEI” too. In my head, I was like baby we are in the same boat 😂
