Hey. Today I made lasagna with homemade, pesto infused lasagna sheets. I made a lamb and pork ragu and used a lot of cheese (mozzarella, Asiago (in the béchamel) Parmesan, Gruyère, and manchego. Added the pesto on the side because I wanted to.
