The fastpass to genie+ will be a case study on what NOT to do with branding and marketing. You aren’t going where your fan base goes. They’ve already adapted Fastpass phrasing. Why is Disney trying so hard to change it? Not to mention pivot away from something they worked so hard

People are welcome to be upset, but this is such an entitled viewpoint. A major accident happened, a major AND expensive accident. If I were Disney, and having worked there for 6 years, I get their mentality, once a major issue happens, they take their time make sure it's safe.
