@johnpringdns She is little more than a PR robot. She could not care less about disabled people. Enforce the Equality Act 2010. The work mantra is just a way to vilify the disabled, many like myself who wanted to work but got absolutely no assistance in getting or keeping a job.

@Gloria_Bailey_ @HousingOmbuds As the Ombudsman doesn't disclose the dates. We have to get creative the case number is 202004022 its REASONABLE to accept this complaint was made in April 2020 and resolved in July 2022. Think of the extra damage done by this delay.
