My thoughts on this tweet: 1. He used the phrase "rescheduling order." Will this be an Interim Final Rule? 2. Garland submitted the rule to OMB. He most likely signed off. 3. If Sabet is getting this kind of intel, the release has to be within days. Total shakeout end of day.

This Reddit user may have spotted something important yesterday. DEA has appeared to change their default response when explaining the purpose of the 5-factor analysis and now references "Both HHS and DEA". Go back through each filing since 2019 and check for yourself. $MSOS

The DEA for the first time in its existence is about to announce cannabis has medicinal value. Even if it’s a proposed ruling and not final right away, that is still an historic moment. You don’t hold public comment periods if you don’t plan to change the regulations.
