For too long, the flawed Chevron decision has given more power to unelected & unaccountable Big Government Bureaucrats. Today’s SCOTUS decision makes clear that elected representatives of the American people have the constitutional power to write the law — NOT Big Bureaucrats!

You can’t attack the oil and gas industry, say you want to put them out of business, and then complain when gas prices go up. We should embrace the fact that America’s energy industry produces cleaner and with better standards than anywhere else in the world. #utpol

🚨🚨BIG WIN FOR NORTH CAROLINA’S ENERGY SECURITY! This overreaching EPA rule would have weakened our grid’s reliability and hiked up costs even more for families.

America is in a new Cold War with China. China cheats in global trade which directly hurts companies like Electrolux in the Third District. China is cheating by pumping cheap products into America through Thailand. China’s actions are killing jobs for South Carolinians.

I was proud to see my Nuclear for Brownfields Site Preparation Act pass the Senate last week as a part of the ADVANCE Act. My bill will allow existing infrastructure at former coal sites to be used more efficiently and cost effectively to bring nuclear energy to communities

The DOE has already shown the massive benefits of LNG exports for our economy and natural gas prices with 5 comprehensive studies. So why ban LNG permits for another study? Conduct your "study," but do not ban LNG export permits. This is just an election year ploy.

The last Olympic games in Tokyo featured swimmers competing for China who tested positive for performing-enhancing drugs. Yet eleven of the same athletes from China have been deemed eligible for the 2024 Olympics. We need answers.

We requested that @wada_ama —the body in charge of preventing cheating in sports—testify before @HouseCommerce , so that we can ask questions, ensure transparency and accountability, and give people confidence that the rules are being followed. They refused to show up.

If 23 Americans had tested positive for banned substances, I’m pretty sure the United States would have been investigated – unlike CHINA! Don’t you agree? Listen to my thoughts on this and more as we head into the 2024 Olympics at the @HouseCommerce Oversight and Investigations

How many more Olympic athletes have to lose out on winning medals and proudly singing their country’s national anthem before the World Anti-Doping Agency decides to enforce its rules uniformly? @wada_ama must be accountable for their lack of transparency & poor decision making.

Nearly half of EV drivers want to switch back to gas cars, yet Joe Biden is STILL trying to mandate them for every American! You deserve the freedom to choose the best vehicle for your family, but Biden’s overreaching policy will take that away. We’re fighting to stop it.

Notable. 46% of folks who purchased an EV want to switch back to a gasoline-powered vehicle. Meanwhile, the Biden administration is working on mandating the transition to EVs. Let consumers and the free market dictate this transition.

During last night's @HouseCommerce hearing on the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), Rep. Cammack got into how other nations, including China, have used their athletes to get ahead on the global stage, especially through subverting testing rules. Take a look. 👇
