It’s Graduation week in Costa Mesa🎉 Our Traffic Safety Bureau was on 17th & Raymond today making sure vehicles yielded as our explorers walked across the street in a marked crosswalk. Those that failed to yield got a citation. In total, 41 drivers were cited in 3hrs.
