Can't believe today is already one year since my stroke. Thankful for all of the love and support from my family and friends. Also thankful to be doing better than what my old "normal" was before the stroke. I got extremely lucky.

Had lunch at a nearby winery with some of my best friends :) A week early celebration of it being one year since my stroke last summer. 😌 It's been a hell of a year but it's been good. I've come a long way and I've had a lot of help getting to where I am now so grateful.
