A word of advice to Asst coaches that complain their players are too small, too slow, not strong or skilled enough, has bad hands, lacks explosiveness, etc...be careful...your head coach might decide to replace you with a coach that can coach players that aren’t perfect!!!!

Advice for Young Coaches: 11) Who you work for matters. Find head coaches who are relationship-based, who value family, who win, who work but aren’t married to the office, who allow their assistants to coach and who have helped their previous assistants advance in their careers.
