I lived in Monterey Park for almost 10 years of my adult life. I can safely tell you that the area of MPK, Alhambra and San Gabriel have THE BEST food in all of LA. Asian is second to none. Mexican is fantastic also. Pizza has Petrillo's, so it's No. 1. Just an amazing area!
