C’mon 🤦 13% increase in muscle mass in 2 weeks by visualisation is simply not true. Morphological change requires a high volume physical work. Imagery may have some influence on strength, but small, augmented with physical work & likely greater in older pops

🎁 What a Christmas present! I’ve been working with a marathon runner in the US. He’s just smashed his PR by > 6 minutes 🙌🏻 🏃 2:47:07 Biggest changes: ➡️ Strength training ➡️ Periodisation ➡️ Less time spent doing unnecessary work He’s not on Twitter, but well done Andy!!
