Car vs bike.
I’m out of action for a bit. Me last Friday 👇🏼Hit by a car & knocked off my bike. Thankfully left this place but have concussion & dislocated sternoclavicular joint. Hopefully back soon.
Stay safe everyone
Helmet hair!! 😂
First day back on the bike since the crash 8 1/2 months ago.
A bit daunting to be clipped in again & back on the roads😬
But I managed 30 miles and to stay in the saddle 😮💨
Happy Friday!

When performed at a strength training intensity (& now with elec stim) there’s quite a bit evidence of attenuation of strength losses post surgery 🤔
@AndreaOswestry
C’mon 🤦
13% increase in muscle mass in 2 weeks by visualisation is simply not true.
Morphological change requires a high volume physical work.
Imagery may have some influence on strength, but small, augmented with physical work & likely greater in older pops

- sling redesign needed (more support reqd @ elbow vs wrist)
- frustration of inactivity -as expected 😂

10 reps max equates to approx. what % of a 1RM?
Do you use prediction equations?
Here's a post I wrote a while back. Tho still, in patent pops, I still think the RM principle can be better to regulate load. 🤔
