The case concerning the allegations made against me in 2020 has been resolved. You can find the joint statement here:
I understand that Ms. Barrows has requested to retract her statements to the media about me.
This is true. One of the Elder Scrolls proposals (which I pitched) was intended to serve the same function as FNV did between F3 and F4, to provide more adventures in the setting during the years before the next Bethesda release.

"We believe that more than 50% of our development processes will be positively impacted"
I wanted to thank everyone on both sides who chose not to rush to judgment but instead were willing to listen and let the legal process take its course, let the facts come out on both sides, and come to a resolution.
I thought it couldn't hurt to try and push a similar system to what Treyarch/Activision had going with Call of Duty at the time (but hopefully less rushed).
Bethesda could do a core release, then we'd release a TES title (in same world or a divergent timeline/era) before the

Dear

They didn't.
Er, as far as I know.

, I can't tell you how grateful I had the chance to work on it. Many thanks to Tim, Leonard, Jason, and the whole Fallout 1 team who made the 1st game so special (no pun intended) and paved the way for many more Fallouts to come. <3

Part 1 of my review of the

It focuses on the Fallout foundations and the series characters. Part 2 will break down the series’ lore, and be up on Medium in the next day or two. : )
QA is a skilled profession, is an integral part of any development team, and should be treated, paid, and respected at the same level of the other developers. Without this, the game and the culture suffers.
Call of Duty is one of the biggest video games in the world. But what's the human cost? At Treyarch, the makers of Black Ops, staff describe a culture of extreme crunch, where contractors and testers are paid poorly and treated unfairly. My latest story:
Okay, okay, so on the

Tear into Pete Hines all you want, but when there's a problem, he admits to it - and then, honestly, says there might be more. That's not a common thing in the industry, and I think it's a position to respect.

– there was speculation Tim Cain and/or I were involved with this show: that is incorrect. Tim especially has had to reach out to various sites to make sure that’s made clear (not to be negative, but to be truthful).

@1997Feral
Yeah, a few. If Beths. didn't want us messing with their core world, one was a spinoff where you adventured in an alternate TES world the last hero had failed to save in the last round of Elder Scroll titles. ;)
(Also, and this may surprise you, is I may have questions for you as a community on the series. The reason is there were some plot elements I wasn’t sure if I missed something that sharper eyes/ears may have spotted.)
That said, I'd take journalism coverage with a grain of salt, since the mention of New Vegas 2 was often used by the gaming press as clickbait during a slow game news cycle. :/ Hope that's not the case, though.
There may be spoilers for

Part 2 of my review of the

It focuses on the Fallout series’ internal lore, factions, and (sigh) antagonists. Buckle up!
Wanted to wish everyone a happy Mother’s Day. This is the first year I can’t honor it as I would like - my mother passed last month. I tried to fly home in time, but I ended up being an hour late to say goodbye.

. It’s actually a SMALL one so I can test the waters to see if this actually has any value. If you can, save answers for the final part of this section (I’ll mark the end with END SLIDES).
A bit of Fallout strangeness the final scene in the TV show reminded me of… so over the years, a series of anonymous accounts, often using the same wording, have questioned the opinion that maybe talking deathclaws aren’t the best idea for Fallout.

1 and 2's development ups and very much downs, this video captures why game development can be crushing (watch to end).
This is very difficult for me to write, but I can’t remain silent any longer.
There is a growing suffering in the game industry, and it’s time for us to address it.
