This has been, by far, the most enjoyable basketball season I've been a part of in many years. Thank you to all the coaches, players, and administrators for being so great to work with this season.
Seymour is once again host to the best game in the state. NA is averaging 82 ppg. FC only gives up 44 ppg. NA has scored 90+ 7 times. FC has held 7 opponents under 40 points.
NA is
#1
in the Sagarin Ratings, FC
#6
.

A S'western student singing the national anthem got a little off verse, so she started over. And the entire gym started singing loudly with her and gave her a huge ovation!
And NO ONE was sitting down disrespecting the flag.

I'll be tweeting updates from Scott Gymnasium in Seymour tonight as Floyd Central and Jennings County battle for a sectional title.
A drought will end: FC's last title was in 1989; JC's last title was in 2005.
Floyd won the regular season game, 49-46 in OT.
