In Nintendo's 2024 annual report, Nintendo called out Pikmin 4 as having good sales (3.5m units). They said the same about Tears of the Kingdom (20.6m) and Super Mario Bros. Wonder (13.4m). It's nice that Nintendo sets realistic expectations on a game by game basis.

I just found out that Xenoblade 2 has actually outsold Fire Emblem Awakening. Awakening sold 2.33 million while XC2 sold 2.44 million. This is insane as XC2 is like Awakening in how it's the game that popularized its series. Xenoblade had only been 7 years old when XC2 came (1/2)

FE Three Houses sold 3.8 million and Xenoblade 2 sold 2.4 million. This is insane for series that Nintendo originally weren’t willing to support. Byleth and Aegis likely helped a lot with the sales, so I’m more glad they were added. Xenoblade 3 and FE17 will likely sell even more
