A mate just landed Melbourne airport from QLD. Anyone there to check his Victorian border permit? Of course not. Every other state has a stringent system in place - border checks, QR check-in, contact tracing, quarantine - EXCEPT Victoria. And we’re in lockdown again. 🤯
