Makes me quite angry that one of the best things to ever happen to me is still being shat on by people on the internet. Time Team hasn’t existed for five years and some of y’all STILL have it in for us. All we did was say yes to a great opportunity and try to enjoy it.

I think Chibnall and Whittaker were brought in for the same reason but the way BBC Studios went about it for Series 11 was so lame. The music in the trailers, replacing the Time Team, the emoji tweets, Doctor Who Adventures returns to seemingly appeal to only girls, etc.

If we don’t celebrate new parts of Doctor Who that platform younger, more diverse people, (Time Team, Podcast, Class etc) then we’re in danger of shutting off the Whoniverse to young, diverse people that might be interested in the show.
