Good - experience of renters is top of the media rounds. Bad - interview after interview I call for urgent action and we’re still waiting for gov’t to step in. Ugly - four years since UK Gov’t promised to end arbitrary evictions, someone’s still kicked out by one every 15 mins!

Lots of talk of mortgage rate interest being passed on to renters, and that's always a worry...BUT... 3 in every 5 rented properties have no mortgages on them. Those landlords should not be cashing in on economic uncertainty by hiking rents.

Good news - Scotland has become the first country in the world to pass a law requiring period products to be free and readily accessible to anyone who needs them. The Period Products Act came into effect on Monday - now the rest of the UK needs to follow and end period poverty!
