Amazing news! Thanks to over 8000 of us, TFL have announced a ban on all short term lets on the network. It means disgusting adverts encouraging landlords to ditch long term tenants in favour of a quick buck won’t be on our tubes, buses and trains. Share to celebrate!

Even the Queen agrees with banning letting fees! The Bill got Royal Assent today and becomes the Tenant Fees Act 2019. From 1 June fees can't be charged on new tenancies. Thanks to the 1000s of renters who signed petitions, emailed MPs & responded to consultations #keysnotfees

📢 BREAKING NEWS FOR RENTERS 📢 We are suspending evictions from social & private rented accommodation by a further two months. Eviction hearings will not be heard in courts until the end of August and no-one will be evicted from their home this summer due to coronavirus.

Come on @JBrokenshire , here's your reason to #endsection21 in a single quote. All Wilson needs to do is sell with sitting tenants. Our law currently gives him no reason to and no penalty for making people homeless

This is big. London Assembly back our call to #endsection21 , calls on Sadiq Khan to do the same! Thanks to @sianberry and @tomcopley for proposing the motion. The pressure is growing to ban no-fault evictions!
