The cheat code to having amazing scones is not working your dough too much & having the butter marbling in your dough... As the scone bakes and rises, the butter melts throughout the dough. Making for nice, fluffy choke me daddies 🙂

Use teaspoons to pour the mixtures into your cupcake cups, alternate everytime. Put it between half way and 3/4 of the way. I baked mine at 165 degrees C for 20 minutes... Bona Pattern... 😌
