हमारे यहां एक खाता अगर जो एनपीए हो जाता है, तो हम लोगों को तुरंत चार्ज शीट थमा दी जाती है और ये जो बार-बार रेल हादसे हो रहे हैं उनके लिए रेल मिनिस्टर साहब का कोई दायित्व नहीं बनता है क्या? सारे नियम कानून छोटे कर्मचारियों के लिए ही है क्या?
