No one is criticizing him for "doing normal things like driving around". It's the drinking part with the driving that's being criticized. You're making a strawman argument, acting like the criticism is for "just driving around" when it is clearly for driving while intoxicated.
@CitizenFreePres
Seems like it would be pretty easy to identify who leaked the video. There were probably only a handful of people standing around Kennedy at that time.
Once you scratch the surface of Ellen Greenberg's death, the fact that the Assistant Medical Examiner changed her death to a "suicide" seems ludicrous.
20 stab wounds, evidence of some being post-mortem, and investigative norms violated at every turn.
The people you're least inclined to engage with hold perspectives that could broaden your understanding and spark meaningful dialogue.
Embrace the opportunity to talk with those you disagree withโthis is where true growth and enlightenment lie.

I'm surprised he was charged with first-degree. I thought that usually means premeditated. This sounds like he acted while heated with emotion, which can sometimes make it manslaughter.

It's noteworthy that all of the entities that have been pushing war for the last 30 years are the ones freaking out about the interview.
Has anyone else noticed that a lot of people that run "parody" accounts don't seem to know what parody actually means?
Parroting and parody are very different, no matter how similar the words might sound.
40 episodes released.
I still get nervous before interviews.
I still jumble words or misspeak in every interview.
I still walk away from every interview feeling like I could have asked better questions.
I still get nervous about releases and how they'll be perceived.

Ah, so the government that wasn't regulating them effectively is going to step in and exert more control, while allowing the people that put lives at risk to walk away unscathed?
"It's a big club, and you ain't in it."
Sometimes, you donโt know when taking a picture what its going to mean to you later.
One year ago, 4/23/23, I took this picture of my handsome Bandit, as his beautiful eyes gazed into mine. I loved taking pictures of him, and this moment, with his eyes open and looking directly
When your friend comes to you with a problem, even if they've done something stupid, you treat them with kindness.
You're gentle, because you know they're human.
No one is perfect.
We all make mistakes.
This is how you need to be with yourself.

We want to believe that truth wins out.
But the reality is narrative often prevails over truth.
This is especially true in the political world.
If we collectively prioritize truth over narrative, a better world is possible.

X, but I don't love the name.
When you say "my X friends" I wonder if people hear "ex-friends".
When you say "my friends on X", I wonder if people think maybe your friends are on ecstasy right now.
Talk to people you disagree with.
It's great to have friends that share your worldview, but a shared worldview doesn't challenge your perception.
We need our perceptions and beliefs challenged.
Exposing yourself to different opinions doesn't mean you have to adopt them.

Our lives are a tapestry of routines, events, periods, and timelines.
But what truly matters are moments that can pass in the blink of an eye.
To fully appreciate these moments, we must be present in body, mind, and spirit.
Without presence, the impact of these moments is lost

His driving wasn't the problem. It was the drinking beforehand. Rich or not, you make arrangements to not drive if you're drinking. Asking him to get a driver when drinking is no more an infringement on his personal freedom than it is on yours. It's even less an infringement on
