$IAS one of the names i'm long - great quarter. I had bought on the weakness the past few days as the setup seemed to be a layup going into earnings. Mgmt had set up a very conservative guide in the Q1 earnings call so it seemed a beat and raise was inevitable but the market

$CONN drew on their Delayed draw term loan per the SEC filings from May 29. This loan is so predatory that I have to think you only do this as a last option: SOFR with a 5% floor plus 10% and they need to give 20% of the principal drawn to Stephens as warrants (dilution)

$CONN Filed their NT-10Q today along with an 8K. The NT-10Q said that they pursued to refinance or make amendments to their revolver. I doubt they were able to do so. The 8k said they took the last draw on their 50M delayed draw term loan. Writing is on the wall here Imo.

Sometimes you get it wrong - closed the position I had in $WBD. This was a dumpster fire and I don't think the street is understanding how big of deal impairing assets is like this is. Cash flow going down, looks like they are probably closer to 8X Debt/Ebitda than 4X so capital

If you are long $RILY then I encourage you to look at $FAT. $RILY reminds me a lot of $FAT - company is losing money hand over fist yet they are paying out a dividend and mgmt seems crooked. I honestly don't know why anyone would be long at this point

$IAS still seems very undervalued here. Have the benefit of $ORCL leaving the marketing space which means a little more room for DV/IAS to move in. Still think at 8.5X EV/Ebitda or 12x Mkt cap/FCF it's too cheap to ignore.

I've seen a couple quick pitches on $ASPI and I don't understand the fascination with a microcap who had a going concern note on their 10k/audited financials and as a result 1. issued 20M in convertible bonds on their subsidiary which they are now going to spin off - not sure
