Back in 2019, only 3 female coaches attended #TCSLive in Toronto 😕 3!! That had to change. We had a pause with Covid but by last year’s event at the @UMich we had 24 😀 This year is goal is 40 😮. Our game is in a better spot with more female leaders behind the bench.

@JeffLoVecchio @AAABlues The gang at @collegehockey have done some research that sheds light on the pathways kids take to college hockey. Turns out it doesn't involve getting on planes to find 'Elite' competition, leaving home at an early age or taking out a second mortgage the fees some programs charge.

@Don_K_Williams Agree Don. Everything you listed are in the control of the players. In my experience, with the rare exception, playing time is earned based on this criteria. Those who complain the coach is playing favourites aren’t focusing on what’s in their control.
