The range of the archives is impressive: they store docs that date back to the Mutessarifiye and Ottoman Beirut, as well as as other Ottoman districts that became part of LB. You can also read French mandate docs, stuff not necessarily found at the diplomatic archive in Nantes

you cant tell folks who sympathize with the plight of palestinians - be they arab americans or not - that in one hand you will press the israeli gov to deliver food/water to gaza, while in the other hand you supply bombs to the same gov which will drop them on those living there
