You don’t use it, you lose it. Rusty AF since it’s been awhile since I’ve dry fired or have gone to the range. I’ve had a lot on my plate & have pushed off doing my drills and as you can see, it shows. I’m tired of procrastinating & pushing things to the side because of others

Improve overhead mobility & strength with sots press. Start with a pvc pipe then work to a barbell then add load. Feet under shoulders, hands wide enough to be able to drop pvc pipe behind you. Think of lifting your torso up, pushing your knees out & pressing the pipe/bar
