You don’t use it, you lose it. Rusty AF since it’s been awhile since I’ve dry fired or have gone to the range. I’ve had a lot on my plate & have pushed off doing my drills and as you can see, it shows.

21 DB snatches, arm 1

These strengthen your core, hip flexors & grip: Strict single leg toes to bar (t2b) They also require hamstring flexibility. Try doing 10 total, alt legs.
Think of pulling down on the bar as you lean back slightly & pull your leg up & get your toes/foot to touch the bar. Can’t

Improve overhead mobility & strength with sots press. Start with a pvc pipe then work to a barbell then add load. Feet under shoulders, hands wide enough to be able to drop pvc pipe behind you. Think of lifting your torso up, pushing your knees out & pressing the pipe/bar
Define you legs & butt with this exercise: GHD hip extension. It will strengthen your back, butt, legs & abs. Sound on 🔊 for quick tutorial. No GHD? Do banded good mornings 15-20 reps x 3 sets.
