@Veganella_ The only way to really know is to raise a child on a vegan diet, which I wouldn’t recommend and then a child that’s raised a normal diet and you will see that the child raising the vegan diet will fail, academically and neurologically. Meaning of the kid wouldn’t be able to walk.
