Overtime I have learned this is true. I used to want to tell everyone everything hoping they would support me or be happy. It doesn’t always turn out that way.
Don’t obsess over materialistic items.
I’m not saying you can’t have them. But don’t become attached to them. They are just objects. When you die you can’t take them with you.
I would prefer to spend money on experiences rather than a pair of designer shoes.
It’s important to do some soul searching a reflecting every once in a while. Don’t live a life that you hate.
Life is short… enjoy it. Use your time well.
Make memories.
And embrace the people around you.
You never know when your time is up.
Mindset is everything.
Look at the opportunity for growth in everything.
If something isn’t going your way. Look at it from a different angle.
Take a step back and really look at the issue and find the core problem.
Ask why? Several times till you find the answer.

Well said, not only do you ruin your reputation when you act out but you have a negative impact on the people around you. They now can’t unsee the fact that you lashed out in anger. They may forgive you but they won’t forget.

Fasting is incredible. I did a 36 hour fast this week and here are the things I noticed.
1. I wasn’t hungry the day after
2. I did notice a drop in energy levels but that is to be expected. I think pushing it further would’ve been beneficial and I would’ve been in ketosis
3.
If you struggle with procrastination there could be a few reasons.
1. You are anxious about the task at hand
2. You don’t have a set plan to finish the task
3. You lie to yourself and say you will do it later.
By putting off the task you are just adding stress to your life.

I totally agree. But here you are beating the average. There are still thousands of others with the same mindset as you. What are you doing to beat them? What separates you from the other hard workers who are doing the same things as you?

This is very true. Things tend to get messy. Write your thoughts down on paper. Plan and create in a journal and keep a clear visual and road map along with it. At the beginning and end of each day plan, reflect, and create. Your brain will thank you
When choosing a mate it’s not all about looks. Will they be a good parent? Do they have morals? Are they hard working? Do they run when things get hard? Will they be the best caregiver for your kids? Will they love you till they die? Loyalty?

When dieting I clean up my diet and focus on low calorie foods. Why?
Because let’s say a cookie has 300 calories…

There’s going to be late nights and early mornings. It’s apart of the game.
Idk bout you but when I’m 40 I want to look back with no regrets. Knowing I gave it everything I had.
Don’t live with the feeling of regret.
Keep in mind that it’s not always what you say but who says it.
If you are accomplished people will gravitate to you a lot more.
For example, I can post the same concepts as a 7 figure business owner. But the business owner holds more weight.

Humans aren’t made to multi task. Lock in on the one. Complete it and then move on.

People often go for the big leap and forget about all the small steps in between. There is no short cut, there is no magic pill, you need to work every single day for an extended period of time.
