17 yo Who Overcame Self-Doubt And Procrastination In 6 Months • Helping Young Men Along Their Journey Of Personal Development • Sharing My Own Experience Daily
I've spent over 20,000 hours improving myself.
Listened to every gurus advice and invested $2000 into courses.
Today I'm giving all of this knowledge away.
In a 57 page ebook (26.000+ words).
Want it for free?

2. Follow, so I can DM you
I got my first client.
And still cannot believe it.
A few months ago I thought that I wouldn't hit any of my goals.
Monetization sounded like a myth to me...😅
But yesterday I had my first call.
And never had that much joy in my life.
I finally found the right thing for me.
This post just hit 1.1k impressions and it's still going up!
And you wanna know why that is the case?
Because of sharing and celebrating my achievements.
But let me explain a bit further...🧵
The state of most accounts is sad...
I've had multiple people follow my account
And unfollow a few hours after.
This desperate need to "follow for follow" is not a great way to build a true community.
We need to focus more on building true connections again.
Who's with me?
My
#1
habit?
Eating the frog.
You do not only get the hardest task done first thing in the morning.
You also relieve yourself of any stress connected with it.
For everyone that's still here:
Congratulations!🙏
You've beat 99% of people already.
Your efforts should be rewarded, so keep it going.
Success will only prove to be a matter of time.
Daddy's back!
Ok, that sounded weird...😅
But I've taken a good break.
And will now fully return to work again.
I missed it actually, but also enjoyed my "free days".
Time to crush it!🔥
86400 seconds.
You get this every single day.
What matters is what you make out of it.
• Journaling
• Learning
• Sleep
• Gym
• Diet
• Plan
• Work
• Purpose
• Gratitude
• Meditation
And more.
All of them make your time worthwhile.
You just have to implement them.
Is my father right?
"You need a girl from the village with little access to the internet.
The internet ruins our youth and it's beliefs."
That's what my father told me at the dinner table.
And it actually resembled to most of my experiences.
What do you think?
I'm losing a follower per day.
Am I discouraged?
A bit...😅
Do I still keep it going?
Definitely.
Because for every follower I lose, I gain two back.
Yet this wouldn't happen, if I were to stop tommorow.
The lesson?
Keep going even when a downfall hits you.
Simplicity rules.
When I started reading I made it as easy as possible.
I laid the book openly on my table.
Put my noise-cancelling headphones next to it.
And reserved a time block right before sleep.
I simply couldn't resist reading.
And haven't stopped over two years.
Everything for grandma.
Another day outside is done.
Some easier work, trimming down trees and bushes.
While it sounds boring to some...
It was joyful to me.
And grandma was proud yet again!🙏
I'd do anything for her.
"The algorithm is down again."
That's what I read every third post...
Yet I do not see any of it with my content.
Why?
Because I'm being authentic and original. (At least try to be...😅)
Post your own stuff.
Or at least add your own experience to it.
It isn't that hard...
Books, videos and podcasts...
They all hurt your growth.
Two years ago I only consumed self improvement content.
Day in, day out.
Yet one piece of the puzzle was missing:
Action.
I wasn't getting after the advice and wasted my time.
When I took action, everything changed.
No matter if you're...
• Writing on X
• Talking to your friends
• Going after your favority hobby
Every situation gets 10x better, when you are creative.
You get a...
• Brand new hook
• Game to play with your friends
• New idea for your hobby
Spark your creativity.
You're happy?
Good.
You're sad?
Good.
You're angry?
Good.
Whatever you feel, the gym will wait for you.
And trust me, that it will always make your day better.
You can work for 10 hours...
Or 2.
Both will likely get you similiar results.
Why?
Because of your work output.
If there's no quality behind your work,
Quantity becomes useless...
That's why I always prefer 2-4 focused hours of work.
Gets me more work done, in less time.
I've realized a deep truth...
Life no matter how good it is,
Will just pass by, if you don't appreciate it...
My life is better than I could have ever imagined.
And by showing gratitude everyday,
I'm able to harness every bit of joy that I can.
Make sure you do the same.
People who do not train legs...
What the f*ck are you doing?
Why miss out on the opportunity to have quads like Tom Platz?
Or calves like Eric Frankhouser?
And why not enjoy such a crushing workout?
Always makes me feel like a beast afterwards.
I never thought I'd say this...
I'm taking a break.
For today.
Everything has been going great, but my energy was a bit low.
So I decided to take this oppurtunity to recharge and come back stronger.
Remember a break isn't only to treat yourself...
But to refuel your energy.
"Cold showers and meditating won't make you successful."
I hate it when people say stuff like that...
The two alone won't get you successful.
But paired with productive work, these will give you a big advantage infront of 99% of people.
Why miss out on that?
It's a trap!
And most people won't realize it.
Whenever you scroll or "quickly check notifications"
Social media is stealing your most precious resource:
Time.
It wasted many of my days, but won't get that chance anymore...
Which media caught you the most? (Mine's YouTube)
"Forget it and move on."
I will never forget this conversation.
Talking to someone who couldn't get over a mistake he made ages ago.
He felt a lot of guilt and regret.
But when I told him this simple thing...
He was finally able to move on.
A great conversation with myself.
Another arm day is done.
Man was it fun.
My strength was there, my will was not.
Wouldn't I have gone, I would have rot.
It saved the day that is for sure...
It taught me much, like to endure.
You will benefit much from it as well.
So go out there and start to excel!💪
Your first try will suck...
That's a law of nature.
My first video?
Cringe.
My first post?
Amateur.
My first call?
I cannot stop laughing...😅
Despite this fact,
Every rep was an improvement.
And I couldn't be happier with my progress today.
Don't fear trying.
Do you really want to fit in?
I had to ask myself 2 years ago.
And with all the f*cked up sh*t going on:
• P*rnography spreading everywhere
• Masculinity being canceled
• Obese being "healthy"
I stopped being like others
And went my own way.
The best decision of my life.
If I have one hobby...
It's got to be music.
Not just listening to it,
But making it myself.
Playing the guitar...
Making beats on Soundtrap...
That's what sparks enjoyment within me.
How to build community:
Get people of similiar interests together.
Guide them towards the same goal.
And help them develop a feeling of belonging to you.
No matter where you look,
Every brand, company and leader uses this tactic to his success.
When will you start building?
For everyone going to school:
There's no better time than to start now.
• You're not bound to a pay check
• Your learning ability is at it's highest.
• Your parents take care of (mostly) everything.
No matter what excuse you might find...
It's now or never.
Systems are unbeaten.
They make everything:
• Faster
• Simpler
• Efficient
Want to have more time?
Implement systems.
Want more results?
Implement systems.
Want more energy?
Implement systems.
I'm done...
This was me one month ago.
Not having any energy nor passion anymore...
• I couldn't stand up right
• Work only towards my baseline
• Started feeling depressed
But one day I remembered something.
Something that would finally get me back out again...
(Thread🧵)
Andrew Tate, has been one of the most spoken about people over the last few years.
His success has been astounding and he caught everyone's attention with his controversal statements about society.
But how did he actually achieve all of this in a matter of months?🧵(Megathread)
10,000 posts...
Within 8 months.
While I could have done it faster...
I'm happy that I stuck through until now.
The community I've build along the way is amazing.
Thank you very much guys!🙏
Onto 20,000!💪
I've always dreamed BIG.
• Nice cars
• Big house
• Beautiful wife
But never had the resources for it.
I didn't have the right belief system, nor was taking any action.
But once I took care of my mind,
Action started to follow.
Now there's only one thing missing...
Time.
I don't know...
Everytime I sit down to write,
My mind feels empty.
But when I sit there for a few minutes...
Calm and without distractions, the ideas start flowing to me like crazy.
You can't force creativity.
You need to leave space so that it can get to you.
Nothing beats consistency.
I follow this rule by heart.
If you put reps in every single day...
Success will only be a matter of time.
You just gotta widen your perspective for it.
Have a problem?
Write it down.
A thought?
Write it down.
A goal?
Write it down.
When you finally put your thought into words...
That's when it gets it's real power.
Everything I've written down
Has been solved within minutes.
Go try it out and see for yourself.
"How can you be so open about your life?"
That's a question I hear many times.
And trust me, it isn't easy...
But my goal is to share my stories the best I can.
Because there's always someone in the same shoes who can benefit from it.
It makes everything worthwhile to me.
I was about to quit...
Already woke up today not feeling like anything.
Dragging myself out of bed and onto my work.
I was making progress, just not anywhere near my usual output.
This day really caught me cold.
But the important thing is to never stop.
Which I never will.
It's time...
My business needs to be up and running.
And there's only way to do it:
Make a concrete plan
And execute on it.
I've been keeping this off for a while now...
But know that this is the next step towards progress.
Do you have a clear business plan?
Always think of the person you're trying to reach.
And make their effort to consume your content as small as possible.
That's how you provide REAL value.
Waking up I already dreaded what's to come...
And every step I took closer towards it,
My legs started to shiver...
My breath hitched...
My adrenalin spiked...
Despite these things, I stepped up and had a great workout.
This is what a usual leg day looks like for me...😂
It is time.
For another rhyme.
To unlock your prime.
The perfect moment has to wait.
As it only proves to be bait.
It is now or never.
The people who take it,
Seem to be real clever.
And that's what you want to be.
So go out there and crush it my G!🔥
Want to 10x your results?
Manage your time efficiently.
Nothing has a greater impact,
Than planning out the next day.
Right in the evening before sleep,
Write down the most important tasks.
It only takes five minutes to accomplish.
And leaves such a massive impact after...
"I've got nothing going for me."
Good.
A few months ago I was in the same place.
I felt like sh*t and didn't know what to do.
But then I realized it:
"I've got nothing to lose as well."
That's when doubt transformed into determination.
To change my situation for good.
Stop listening to the news.
Stop discussing celebrity drama.
Stop putting your attention towards useless things...
All of these actions deplete your of your energy.
And waste your time.
Focus on the important stuff.
Being yourself.
2 Clients in 10 mins.
That's what I achieved yesterday.
And it felt amazing.
This isn't just to flex. (Just a bit...😅)
This is your reminder to keep going.
Two years ago, I achieved nothing.
But through constant efforts...
I'm able to achieve a new goal every single day.
During bad times...
Take a moment ot reset.
It might feel like a waste of time...
You might have more important things to do...
But this will help you act 10x better than before.
Whether it's writing, talking or Silence.
Do whatever you need.
And come back stronger.
