Is it possible to lose 1.8kg in four days?! I’ve been fasting (drinking only water) and walking a lot. I feel like my scale is broken because there is no way I lost 1.8kg in 4 days. Idk what do you think?
When I went to the doctor's today, they measured my height and it turns out I'm 180cm. I thought I was 176. This means my bmi is 14.5. What?!!! Idk what to do with this information. There is no way my bmi is in the 14s. I hate being tall but I'm also really happy my bmi is so low
I made an accountability notebook thing with thinspo, motivation etc.
This took me days and I’m really proud of it :)

The vegetables are steamed, I also added instant gravy so I'm going to count the whole plate as 280 calories, hopefully that's about right
I binged two days in a row, but I’m going to get back on track tomorrow. I’m also going to eat more protein, because I used to not care about protein at all and would have barely any. This is the shopping haul from today
I’m fasting right now, but I am so scared to break my fast because I know I will just binge. Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent this?! (I would fast for longer, but my parents will get suspicious)
On Sunday I’m going out for a meal with my parents to celebrate their birthday and name day. We are going to pizza express. I’m thinking of getting the Caesar salad with no anchovies, cheese or dressing (basically lettuce, boiled egg and chicken only) is that too disordered?!!
I’m thinking of buying a bunch of freeze dried fruit. I’ve googled it and I’m pretty sure freeze dried fruit is also nutritious and healthy, but idk. What do you think about freeze dried fruit? Is it healthy, worth buying and a good low cal snack?

Set an alarm before, chug a bunch of water. If you can stuff your pockets with coins and pie weights. I usually stuff them into the fingers of gloves so they don’t rattle and make a sound. The day before eat lots of salt and drink lots of salty water, your body will retain water

Drink a load of water, at least a few litres, in one go. Or you could mix cinnamon and ginger with hot water and drink that, you need quite a lot of cinnamon so it tastes disgusting, but I just chug it

You could try weighing the bowl separately. Put the cinnamon in the bowl and weigh the whole bowl, then subtract the weight of the bowl from the total weight. That’s what I do most of the time. Sorry if that didn’t make sense

Rule : 4 Eat whatever, but it has to be under the calorie limit for each day. If I overeat on one day, I can compensate by eating less the next day. The total for the entire week is important to keep below 3600

Underestimate, it means I’m more motivated to continue trying to restrict. If I overestimate I’m more likely to binge because I think I’ve gone over my limit, so I might as well just binge.
Why is the majority of edtwt obsessed with apples?
They are a massive fear food for me. 80 calories for a medium apple?!!! Id rather eat one chunk of chocolate with some strawberries
