Cutting sugar and starch out of my diet, especially in the mornings has been a game changer. My PCOS belly is going down, my tolerance for sweet stuff has decreased, I’m no longer lethargic in the mornings, I’m fuller for longer and I don’t have cravings much anymore 🥹
