I can’t stress this enough: Cloud took Denzel with him cuz he thought Aeris sent the kid to him… he literally thought Denzel was THEIR child. Meaning? Cloud wants a family with Aeris. Not Tifa. That’s it. Also Tifa didn’t want Denzel at first and was jealous when Cloud told her.
