Fifteen years ago today, I (very nervously) hit publish on the @teamcovenant website for the first time. Within a couple of hours, we had our first few orders. The next day, I walked into the post office to ship those orders to players across the country.

Hot take: FAB was healthier with Chane / Starvo. LSS was successful at creating a low variance game. While that’s good for the upper echelon of players, it creates an extremely punishing experience for newer players. Hopefully we get LL replacements or an eternal format soon!

It’s been nearly a month since the first #FABTCG World Championship. I went from testing 25+ hours a week to almost none. I was near burn out. At the point now where I’m excited about events in 2023 and ready to get back to the table. Breaks are healthy. Breaks are good.

It only took two nights sleep, a couple cocktails, and a few showers, but I finally figured out an airtight line for my final turn against @markovictory on stream. Ooooooooof! Will be discussing on Tuesday’s stream. Truly, a lesson in lava. 🔥
