I actually had a thought while drawing them - their designs, while similar, also have very different "attitudes". Alhaitham's is very prim and tidy (tight shirt, the waistband, boots), while Kaveh's is a bit more "messy" (shirt that's easy to put on, slippers).

Haitham didn't do well with the heat. When the weather was too warm, Kaveh would often find him shirtless, fanning himself with papers (oftentimes they were Kaveh's sketches). He'd brush his hair away from his face, exposing his forehead that was covered with beads of sweat.

Speaking of his hair, Kaveh noticed that there was a particular unruly part of it right at Haitham's nape. It'd always stick up. When the air was particularly moist, this part would curl up. Kaveh wanted to brush his hand through it and see if it stays down. Ridiculous.
