No hate at all, but whats the rational behind discouraging flossing? Gums only bleed when they aren’t used to flossing, so doing will actually prevent it in the future. Interdental brushes could be an accommodation maybe (if the person is able)? /gen

Some stuff i have in my ed journal: fast for a minimum of 16 hours a day, drink a glass of water before each meal and another during, no eating if the kitchen or your room is dirty, eat with non dominanr hand, burn at least 230 cals a day

Yeah. Your body is always striving for homeostasis so too much or too little fat will both harm your heart. I think its under bmi 15 you have a risk for your heart to stop

+ Cut an inch off your hair
+ Refrain from something you like for 24 hours
+ Sleep without a blanket if winter/cold

As someone who has things ppl fake online I want to be mad, but its just kinda sad they think they have to go to such lengths to be "unique" or "special". As for ppl who fake eds they need help b4 it gets worse bc wanting to have an ed is concerning
