So, I went through about 108 startups that got backed up by Antler in 2024. - About 40% of them don't have a good functioning frontend. I see a good opportunity here for frontend devs here. - About 95% of them don't have a careers page. Most probably cause they're not hiring.

He gave me a coding assignment to test if I really can learn and adapt quickly as I mentioned. I learned React from scratch and built the required frontend in about 6 hours. Not the exact clone, but it looked fine and had all the mentioned functionalities. (7/10)

I too resonate with this. All that drive I had two years ago to build a better entry-level environment for Computer Science and IT in India is fading. Maybe it is because of low incentives or maybe because people I want to work hard for don't even want a solution.
