Just a trans femme fox gal who makes videos on random stuff.
Moving to Scotland today!!! 🏴
Thank you Jess ,
@legoshi650
, my new roommates and my uncle for letting me stay at theirs during my couple months of sofa surfing, and thank you to EVERYONE who donated, shared my gofundme around, and wished me luck! There's no place like home! 💕
@InkMasterbator
This reads like a joke in itself, omfg
‘My transphobic cousin invited me to go hunting in the woods, if I had that much of a death wish, I’d just go and tell the local redneck bartender I’m trans’
@sophtalksmovies
I don’t get why arthouse haters don’t just go “they’re not for me, but I’m glad people find enjoyment in them” instead of coming off as xenophobic every single time. You can like movies in your comfort zone and not be prejudiced!!! 😅
@BigPutruck
I saw it more as Saul’s “I Am The Danger” as both speeches revolve around our leads being in over their heads, but I guess that’s a fair comparison too.
@FemK_Ultra
It staggers me how many ppl are trying to deny it honestly.
The Peter Parker theory works too, Peter being trans explaining why she has the “protect trans kids” flag but like, she can be trans too?
Also, two specific scenes involving Gwen were very relatable to coming out too.
@Bolverk15
His comedy philosophy seems to be repeat the same gag for 10 minutes straight and you might laugh at one point. Only issue is when the joke wasn’t that funny to begin with, which sadly consists of most of the jokes here.
@MoviesHard
There are so many moments in stop motion animation that scare me mainly due to how long and difficult it must’ve been for the animation department to achieve certain scenes.
This and the Isle of Dogs Sushi scene stand out as two of the most incredible I’ve ever witnessed.
@num1MSfanomoboy
This moment in Yakuza 0 was the point I realised “you have to just suspend your disbelief and roll with the chaos.” It’s honestly really fun seeing games with serious stories not take every element of itself so seriously.
@YongYea
I still don’t get why some people consider the The Last of Us’ characters to be the pinnacle of what game characters “should be”. Video games can offer such a diverse construct to build characters upon, not every character has to be 100% realistic and that’s the beauty of it.
@TailsBoogaloo
Was pleasantly surprised by this one when I gave it a shot one night where I was randomly looking through my dvds to find something to watch.
@MilKPoP447
His take is bad, 100%, but good God why is his EDITING so LAZY?! There’s some moments where the edits and cuts make sense but other times it’s the most random trailer + film footage meshed together and repeated constantly. There’s no style to it whatsoever.
@afrocosmist
@CocoaFox023
There’s also the aspect of how musicals switch race and gender all of the time and have been for centuries, it’s not exclusive to the 2023 version of this show.
@funnywes
Ah my “favourite”:
“I go by she/her, please refer to me like that.”
“Uhhhh… nahhhh, I’ll use they/them cause I feel more comfortable using it for you”
The inner demons be like:
Bloody hell
The Critical Drinker’s Barbie review is one of the most baffling butthurt movie reviews I’ve seen on the YouTube platform.
“It is pure brain cancer in movie form”, awwwww, I’m so sorry your fragile toxic masculinity mindset was hurt so bad by a fucking Barbie movie.
@Schaffrillas
The section I played as Miles Cubeales made my jaw drop 🙀
Ok but seriosuly though, that fakeout camera pull leading to THAT reveal was INCREDIBLE.
@ThiccRadChad
Watched that vid last night, it’s honestly really well made.
The game’s plot might be awful but I really do like Willem Dafoe’s voice acting chops on this one :)
@FilmUpdates
Seeing The Bear actors in other roles is so weird, it feels like they’re playing literal people in The Bear so it’s really surreal seeing them in other media, haha
@bradtaste
Actually curious Brad, no hate, just simply curious
What stops a 99 album from being a 100 for you? 99 on the AOTY scale is 1 point away from a 100, so at that point, what’s stopping you from just giving a 100? Is it some form of not wanting to just hand ‘em out? 🤔
@PhilosophyTube
Ah yes, “both sides of argument”, the side that wants you to have rights and live a healthy life as LGBT+, and the side that wants you to lose all your rights and think you’re better off dead.
@judgementshae
Ohhhhhhh they’re not happy about it one bit, even when I tell them “you keep picking such random days to celebrate Easter, you’re not even doing it in April this year!”
@bradtaste
Ahhhhh I see, that’s really cool honestly! I can definitely understand that mindset, certain “perfect” albums to me are like, great, but don’t do anything mind blowing, while others like To Be Kind, Skeleton Tree and the first glass beach album opened my third eye in a way ✨
@davefranklin
I've seen things, you people wouldn't believe, yet I had a massive shit-eating grin on my face when this happened. One of the most fun, creative and “how the actual fuck did they do that” shots I’ve ever seen in a film.
@jessicobra
It’s not on the same level of tone deaf as “Squid Game reality series” but I feel that way with The Boys. Fantastic show, but the Vought critiques feel hollow when so much of the shit Amazon pull outside the show with the brand feels 100% like shit Vought would do.
@genkki_
@CocoaFox023
Did… did he seriously say he didn’t like Spider-Punk cause he was anti-facist?!
Firstly, he’s Spider-PUNK, emphasis on the PUNK, Punks aren’t pro-facist.
And secondly, WHEN WAS BEING ANTI-FACIST A “BAD” THING, MY GOD
@goober99261
These are some faves of mine 💕
Ants From Up There- BCNR
Hellfire - black midi
3D Country - Geese
Carnage - Nick Cave & Warren Ellis
Some are simple, some are nuts, but all of them are distinctly recognisable and effective for what they convey about each project!
@bradtaste
Ppl who call Barbie “some male hatred movie” did 2 things, they either:
A) watched the whole movie with their fingers in their ears
or
B) went out of their way to miss the point
I’m Just Ken is literally a celebration about being a man, it’s more than just “ha ha funny song”.
@JayExci
Shrek The What? There’s 3 Shrek movies, Shrek, Shrek 2 and Shrek: Forever After, this “Shrek The Third” you speak of doesn’t even exist, and I’m sure if it did, it was a terrible followup to one of the best sequels ever released 😊
