To start losing weight you need to let yourself believe that youβre gonna lose weight and I know a lot of us here actually tried to lose weight by getting a into diet but I know a lot of us failed including me
You have to do a weight loss tracker, or plan for your weight loss so you believe and put your mind that you are losing weight
Itβs very simple all what you need is
1 know the reason why youβre not losing weight
2 planning how to fix this problem
3 work based on the plan
Counting cal :
Ik that all of us counts cal but what I am about to say, is not just counting count cal but also focus on the nutrition on the food we eat because for a fact, even if it was low in cal not means the nutrition should be good
There is other ways to do that, but for me writing in the notes helped me because every time I forgot I go to the notes and I remember what I actually want and what is my goal

Also, because all of edtwt users are not eating enough and basically we think that 700 cal is a binge you need at least in a day to eat 500 cal and make sure those 500 cal are good nutrition not only low cal meals

Because all of us here have ed so we all just in a sudden felt terrible about ourselves and just go on a hard diet without actually planning for it which is not right
You can do everything and anything just to let yourself believe that youβre going to lose weight and this is a very important part you canβt just start diet just like that you need to prepare yourself mentally and physically
