If we could make it survive without violating the pregnant person's human rights, then the fetus could be saved, but science is not there yet.

His organs/blood/resources (e.g. money) must now go to the child's survival, forcibly if needed.

Most just stay around and try to keep the conversation going, it's exhausting. You can't really ask them to leave either since they might need something.
