High Court has - in a case filed by @katibainstitute - declared that the 6 Judges left out of appointment by Uhuru are: 1. DEEMED appointed judges of the respective Courts they were nominated to. 2. Judges to be appointed in the presence of Chief Justice. @ochieljd

As you watch Supreme Court & reflect on consequential work @Kenyajudiciary has done in the last 12 years in helping protect & preserve Katiba.. Remember, Bunge has kept Judiciary budget stagnated at 17/18B since 2013 when its own budget has quadrupled. Remind your new MP this.

It is highly inappropriate, arrogant and entitled for @WilliamsRuto to refer to Petitions by other Kenyans as "surrogate petitions". The Constitution allows any "person" to file a petition to challenge the election of president-elect.
