This week marks the 410th anniversary of our Chapel's consecration. The Chapel's painted glass was unusual after the Reformation but Dorothy Wadham insisted on religious scenes, 'that it may a little make shew for what purpose that place was appointed':

Christopher Wren died at the age of 90. He came to Wadham as a 'Fellow-Commoner' in 1649. The clock face on the College's Ante-chapel dates from 1671 and is thought to have been a present from him.
