Tensor’s PRICE LOCKS forever changed NFTs
they enable MASSIVELY profitable trades ✅
if you’re unfamiliar with options, they can be tricky, so let’s learn how they work 👇
airdrop & points season is in full effect
leading OTC marketplace:
@WhalesMarket
$whales stakers get 2.5% from every trade
jup & ft currently live and more on the way
incentivized trading volume will be absurd
been too deep in the trenches to tweet
grinding tensor, blur, and memecoins
excited to see the impact of EIP-4844 on layer 2 gas costs later this week
wormhole is a cook and tensor soon
keep fighting the good fight soldiers
@tervoooo
better to go hard on high conviction airdrops than try to catch them all
better return on capital, time, and mental bandwidth. pareto principle.
after reviewing smart stake analytics, I decided to consolidate TIA wallets
not buying or selling at this stage, but DYM was likely a one time scenario
even if there is a widespread allocation to small wallets, there is heavy dilution
AltLayer was the canary in the coal mine
my goal for this account is the following:
share information & mindset advantages
limit shitposts/I told you sos/pnl flexing
make frens, expand network, & have fun
VCs and airdrop famers are symbiotic
VCs fund fresh protocols into fruition
farmers inflate metrics and valuations
then both redistribute overvalued governance tokens to the greater fool

I'm happy to help you with a strategy that works for your situation. reply here and I'll do my best.
if you're inexperienced there's no shame in starting slow bidding on less volatile collections
the top ones are quite competitive
look for something stable, preferably flat or in an uptrend
you may find good results outside the top 10 range where it's less saturated
many top farmers are operating at a deficit to maximize points
if you don't want to lose sol, bid safely with a buffer between you and top bids so you have time to react
you can go breakeven or even profitable and still generate lots of points
find pockets where you can rest on top of large bids
use a small decimal to front run them
if you get filled, there's plenty of cushion to resell without the floor crashing
you don't want to be behind too many big bids or they'll take all the points
bidding and listing give the same points
it's necessary your bid gets hit sometimes
in fact, the volume generates way more points
immediately relist near floor to maximize points
sometimes it's totally ok to sell at a loss
don't be a bag holder, stay liquid and active

good luck & have fun, see you in the order books 🫡
on collections with a small unit price relative to your liquidity:
utilize the bid ladder feature to space out your bids so you don't get filled all at once
the market making feature also works great, but I recommend listing more manually until you get a feel for the mechanics
there are three things to determine your strategy:
1. how much capital are you going to use?
2. how much risk are you willing to take?
3. how much time can you actively manage it?
since you get the most points from bidding and listing, make sure to have your tensor switched to MAKER view instead of TAKER view
you only want to be sweeping or dumping into bids if it's URGENT because you think price is about to move rapidly, but acknowledge it's less points
high volume blue chips are often the most efficient since it's easy to manage a few large bids
small units in the top 24h volume are amazing too
right now solmaps and saga monkes are dominating volume, so they're the best for tryharding
use shared escrow to conveniently manage your bids without having to withdraw and redeposit sol every time you want to move a bid
this also makes it easier to bid on multiple collections
just be sure to close the bids when you're done because they stay active until you do
if you think an NFT is going to go down, this opens the opportunity to bet on it 🎲
price lock works the same way for going short, but in the other direction 🔻
before now, there wasn’t a capital efficient way to profit from downturns 📉
how is price locking possible? 🤔
another idea is to hedge your holdings💎
if you have an NFT you don’t want to sell, but you think the price will decrease, you can buy shorts for some short-term insurance ⛑
or try the classic degenerate favorite by going long with calls and riding them to the moon 🚀🌙
by funding with your NFT, you’ll earn a fee 🤑
if the price goes over your price lock, you will have to sell your NFT at the agreed upon price 🤝
if it is below the price lock, when the price lock timer is complete, you’ll receive your NFT back ♻
now that we know how to buy price locks, let’s talk funding 💵
price lock is peer-to-peer, so it is only possible to lock in a price another person is willing to match 🤝
liquidity providers are incentivized through funding fees and Tensor points ⭐
If it’s below the price lock, you’ll receive the NFT plus your yield, so it’s important to pick things you’re bullish on or fund near strong support areas 📈
now, funding the long side adds an extra step 🐾
you must first own the NFT to do this! 🖼
for funding shorts, pick a price you’d be comfortable holding the NFT for 7 days 📆
for example, if you fund a 50 SOL short lock earning a 2 SOL fee, you’ll lock up 48 SOL and if the floor price remains over 48 SOL you’ll be in profit 🎯
but first, understand that potential losses are higher on this side ⚠
don’t let that sway you, when done smart it’s great profits too 🧠
funding gives you reliable interest earnings for providing liquidity 📶
if you want to maximize your gains, here’s how to fund price locks:
as a bonus, the funding side is where you can get lots of Tensor points ✨
not only are you gaining interest, but climbing the leaderboard may pay handsome dividends! 👀🔜
when funding or trading, make sure to use a bonus points code— you can use DRC154 if you'd like 💞
on the funding side, you can use longs to earn extra income on NFTs you’re holding or to secure profits at a fixed point 🥅
for funding shorts, you can earn yield on your SOL or accumulate NFTs you like in case of a dip 🦕
you can then use these new NFTs to fund longs too!
you pay a 3.5 SOL fee to lock in a price of 100 SOL
if the price goes to 110, you now have 6.5 profit 👍
you're up nearly double on your initial risk! 💰
if it is below, you only lose the 3.5 fee ❌
hyperliquid vault is a money printer
you either get insane % yield from it
or if it dips they give you extra points
for one of the best airdrops to come
PRICE LOCK allows you to LOCK in a PRICE for 7 days 🔒
to lock in a price, you pay a one-time upfront fee
if the floor price goes past your locked price, in addition to the fee you paid, you’ll be in profit 💹
let’s look at an example:
there are a lot of creative ways to implement price locks to your strategy ♟
one idea is to buy both longs and shorts at the same time to bet on volatility 🎢
you may not know which direction it’s going, but if it goes far enough away from your price locks, it'll be profitable
@chief_luddite
at any given point, minus slippage and transaction fee, the exposure exists as if you were taking on a deliberate trade. receiving it for free doesn't remove its current value. if it is a bad idea to sell because the price is likely to trend up, then it's also a good idea to buy.
airdrop farming is a marathon, not a sprint
practice delayed gratification over a long period of time and you will be rewarded for your efforts
not everyone has the discipline to stick with it
warriors with the willpower to battle on, seize this generational wealth opportunity
two years sharpening my sword
in a cold and brutal bear market
you merely adopted the trenches
I was born in them, molded by it
this isn't even my final form...
the final stage:
welcome to the big leagues
this isn't Pokémon, you don't have to catch 'em all
build conviction, identify priorities, and bet big
consider implementing automation to scale
balance between passive and active relative to your throughput capabilities
I've been asked for the optimal amounts of $TIA / $INJ / $ATOM / $OSMO / $KUJi to stake
the real question is why the fuck are you staking 5 coins? do you even know what they do? sack up and have some conviction you pussy ass bitch.
ALL IN THE BEST COIN
WINNERS AVERAGE WINNERS
high time, low liquidity:
grind the where the whales are too lazy
the more friction and discomfort there is in farming, the better your probabilities are of success
the best examples require high transaction counts and active management, such as Tensor
@napso_noor
@0xWelfare
it's the profit gained from anytime your pool bought AND sold. say it bought 10 NFTs and sold 3 NFTs, you'd have 3 NFTs worth of MM fees. if your pool only bought OR sold there'd be no fees.
@napso_noor
@0xWelfare
that's not how MM fees work. MM fee is the spread between your bid and ask. if you sell at a loss with MM fee it'll still be a loss. it's not an additional fee but rather the metric that determines the gap between a buy and a sell. compared to delta which is same side increments
@0xWelfare
top 100 farmer here willing to give anyone advice if they want help. my code is DRC154 for +5% bonus points if you need one. my DMs are open.
@BeefSoap
@TycoonPal
mostly making, far more points, but I'll take in a pinch if I feel the price is about to rapidly move in a direction. I try to stick to no more than 5 collections at a time otherwise it gets too difficult for me to track. volume does play a component for sure you want some fills.
@MiddyFi
@rasvizvi
DRC154
it's moved from 9th to 5th since that tweet
I'm expecting locks to get more saturated when the leaderboard updates tomorrow and people realize how crazy it is
@41rdr0pburner
depends on how much time you wanna commit. ambient is great for a more passive approach cause all you gotta do is rebalance your LP range whenever the price changes. tensor is much more active but probably higher upside. ambient has less volatility & tensor you're holding solana.
@41rdr0pburner
one plus side of ambient is that you can interact with scroll at the same time. the downside is that managing UniV3 style LP can be difficult and if you're trying to maximize fees for points you'll probably lose some money rebalancing. tensor is more difficult. higher risk/reward
low time, high liquidity:
make your capital work for you
favor farms that you can setup once and check later
examples are Eigenlayer, Celestia, or LPs like Parcl
if you want to farm something more active, differentiate by pushing BIG volume
