We're back in consensus on inscription numbers! After a brain breaking 36 hours chasing 3 delicate edge cases around cursed inscription numbering we're escaping cursed inscription hell with release 0.7.0 - had to upgrade database format, so bumping up from 0.6 to 0.7 More

We have what looks like a consensus issue in inscription numbers between ord 0.6.2 and Hiro's indexer, and possibly also ord 0.5.x (currently confirming) - exercise caution with inscription-number based services until this is resolved
