All of my friends know I have BPD // and I even have a BPD bestie love ya zephyr!! // if you honestly have someone else in your life that has BPD it’s a lot easier to work through episodes or problems together as you both can boost and help one another!

I’ve struggled with BPD for a lot of my life // it does affect who I am as a person, friendships, relationships, and even family life, but I’ve grown to learn and work with them over time! It’s not cureable no. But you can learn to grow with BPD it does take time though.
