There's a clear, superior alternative to expanding the Turnpike. One that is both environmentally friendly, and *guaranteed* to reduce Turnpike traffic. Expand HBLR from Rt. 440, into the Ironbound, through to Newark Penn Station; linking up the two light rail systems.
