And that level of obfuscation is used to avoid copyright claims. I think its fair to call AI art–as it exists now–immoral.

it's also kind of weird that the big final conflict is this extremely material thing (Scrooge McDuck stole $8,000) and this terrible angel (who knows about the McDuck situation) is like "ok but this is what would have happened if you'd never been born."

Landlords need more accountability, especially during the lame duck period of a lease. Once the incentive to keep a tenant is gone, most of the landlords I've had have either stopped caring about how their actions affected us or have actively tried to screw us over. 1/12

We decided not to renew our lease this year, and provided our property manager with a video tour of a clean apartment, dozens of photos, and offered to conduct occasional video tours on the condition they not show our apartment in person, which they agreed to. Until today.

When they decided to give us less than 24 hours of notice for an in-person tour, apologizing for the "inconvenience" (funny way 2 describe a plague) and stressing it was just because these folks were probably gonna sign so it'll only happen once. Absolutely livid.
